* Landscaping services are provided in the front and rear of the home. The front of the home is handled by the HOA, the rear and side of the home are handled by the landscaper. All water usage associated with landscaping shall be the responsibility of the tenant.

Qualified applicants must:
* Maintain good to excellent credit (recommended credit score of 680+)
* Earn three times the monthly rent
* Supply current verifiable income
* Complete an application if over the age of 18
* Qualify individually - co-signers will not be considered
