Washer, dryer, and dishwasher in unit which makes it very convenient. Maintenance responds very quickly. Location is safe, only noise is from nearby freeway from some apartments.”

“In the less than a year that I've been here there has been so many turnovers in who's in charge. Most have all been very pleasant but there's no consistency. I find the billing very very confusing. It should not be that hard to pay one's rent. There are about five apps that are pertaining to my rent and living here. The rent should be one bill in one place to pay. There are games on the app for rewards which just add to the confusion. I also don't think we should have to pay $25 for required valet service. I only have garbage maybe twice a week yet I'm forced to pay for it for the whole month. My apartment is nice and generally I don't have any complaints about my apartment. The pool gate is consistently jammed and one never knows if their key is going to work there or not. It's also very inconsistent with the emergency gates are open all the time and I was under the understanding they were to be closed. It seems the place has been here long enough that those little issues should be solved by now. Thank you”
