Well maintained ground-floor unit located in the Northridge Condo's! This condo features a living room with a wood-burning fireplace. There is a large slider that opens to a huge private balcony and storage closet. The kitchen has granite counters, laminate flooring, a smooth surface cooktop, all other appliances, and a glass tile backsplash. Off the kitchen is a double-size pantry and large dining nook. The Primary bedroom has a private bathroom and a nice size closet. There is a washer/dryer in the unit. Nice size open space behind condos w/ lawn area. The Northridge complex offers a playground area, outdoor pool, and athletic court. Conveniently located, close to I-5 corridor, ferries, shopping. This unit comes with one designated parking spot. This unit may accept one small pet under 20 pounds.

This community has many amenities the residents may use and those amenities are managed by the HOA- pool, sport court, and cabana. On top of the rent, we will be collecting a utility feee for water/sewer/garbage. This unit allows 1-small pet, under 20 pounds and all HOA rules must be followed in regard to pets.

MOVE-IN COSTS: We collect a full month's rent upon possession and will pro-rate the second month. The full Security deposit is required at move-in. The base Security deposit equals one month's rent and can be more if approved with a pet and an Adverse approval.

Pets not covered by PetScreening.com screening are treated with a Paw rating of 3, at a minimum.
Animal Acceptability
Tanked, caged, or animals kept in an enclosure will be charged $250 per enclosure. Examples include fish in tanks, birds in cages, and lizards in an enclosure.
Monthly Pet fees will be charged based on the "Paw Score" risk level assessed by PetScreening.com.
Farm or exotic animals, if not otherwise classified as Assistance Animals, are approved on a case-by-case basis, and the Property Manager reserves the right to reject any pet based on individual circumstances.
Assistance animals, once verified by PetScreening.com, will never be charged any upfront fees, monthly fees, or deposits. Residents are held responsible for any damages or maintenance related to the assistance animal.

HOW TO APPLY: Visit our website to apply online. $60 per adult over the age of 18. Each person must fill out a separate application; there are no joint applications for married persons or co-signers.
