Applicant requirements:
-Applicants must have at least a 700+ credit score, no felonies or discrepancies, and good rental history
-Applicant must bring in at least 3 times the rent coming in each month for income (first two applicants can combine incomes to meet this requirement)
-Applicant must also demonstrate proof of renters insurance upon application approval

All Real Property Management Teyata residents are enrolled in the Resident Benefits Package for $35 monthly. Perks include access to $1,000 in cash reimbursements for resident-caused damages and a 24/7 personal concierge to schedule any of your in-home needs (like housekeeping, yard care, furniture assembly, tv mounting, dog walking, and more).
