Beautiful two story house with an unfinished basement off Lakeside Dr. Close to University of Lynchburg, formerly Lynchburg College. Main level has a large living room, kitchen, formal dining, bathroom, and two bedrooms. Upstairs has two spacious bedrooms and a full bath. The basement is unfinished and has the washer/dryer hook ups. We do not make any guarantee that the basement does not leak. Covered side porch and enclosed porch on the back. Tenant must provide lawn care. House has central heating and air. Power is through AEP, water is Lynchburg City and no utilities are included. One pet accepted that is under 40 lbs and over a year of age. Sorry, no smoking.
