If you put in a maintenance request they’re quick to fix it usually that same day or the next. It’s a very quiet complex so you don’t have to worry about loud noise

Verified residentReview source: verified residentI had a terrible rat infested townhouse and Janice the manager ( not Keondre, he was kind and listen) treated me as if I was the issue and refused me the repairs. I had to personally catch and dispose of the rats and lived with rats until I moved out because they refused to make the repairs which were holes that the rats created from eating through my stairs and walls from outside.
