The apartments are new, the place is kept clean, it's very quiet here.they report any irregularities, they collect the garbage in front of each door apartment and that ensures cleaner environment, they are organized and friendly, our mail is safe since they take quick action in case of stolen mail. Security is not 100% so there should be more cameras, to prevent people who have had the code from entering without permission late at night..

Verified residentReview source: verified residentThe Southton Luxury Apartments are off the main hub but just a ten minute drive to everything you need. The property is beautiful and well maintained. There is easy access to the clubhouse, pool and playground while still being safe and private. The apartment comes with everything you need and more and the color schemes work well with different tastes. The staff are top notch! Personable, professional and eager to answer any questions
