**House rules**

- No illicit substances
- No excessive drinking
- Small gatherings allowed - but no parties
- Quiet hours 10pm-8am (quiet hours, but not silent hours - we've got thick doors and walls)
- Overnight guests are fine (as long as they follow the house rules), but not multiple nights in a row
- No leaving messes in the common areas (leaving books, computers, drinks less than a day old, etc. is fine)

The rules are about making sure that this stays a peaceful and pleasant place where everyone can relax and get work done. I'll enforce as much as necessary to make that happen.

3-month contract and month-to-month contracts also available.
- Utilities are fixed $99/month (including internet), and cleaning service fee is $50/month
- Pricing is for 1 housemate per room
