There are no amenities here, and even though they may arrive eventually, the delay wasn’t declared when we signed. In regards to parking, there is a car behind me every time I pull out parked in the middle of the road I need to dodge every time I pull out. Otherwise I am satisfied with my unit, but am paying for amenities that may open at some point closer to the end of my first term. I do plan to sign and extend my lease, but had I known the pool and gym wouldn’t open until 2025, I would have signed a two year lease to take advantage of the additional month concession. Maintenance and management reply quickly.
