Verified residentReview source: verified residentIt can get very very loud at night . Kids come from different apt complexes to swim in the pool. Residents pay for valet trash and dumpsters but trash is not picked up and dumpster is overflowing with trash. I pay 1.3k for my one bedroom and when my renewal came it went up $100 dollars to $1.4. When I checked online after I put in my notice to move they listed my apt for $1.2 for rent….. I’m happy I am moving from the complex. Wasn’t a terrible experience but I’m moving somewhere else.
