“Management is very responsive, as well as maintenance. We had some electrical issues that maintenance was consistently working on until it was fully resolved. They were super kind and genuinely cared about resolving the issue. As far as the parking goes, from what I've seen, there seem to be no parking issues. The noise levels are usually quiet except for residents who rev their engines really loudly in the morning and at night. Other than that, I would say the proximity to the pool is a contributing factor to the noise level, but it's nothing that hasn't been quickly resolved.”
