Renter's Insurance is required to receive keys!
What's the process?
-Application submitted and approved
-Security deposit paid in full within 24 hours of approval
-Lease signed within 48 hours of paid security deposit
-Rent is paid, renter's insurance is secured, and utilities are switched within 2 weeks of security deposit
Basic Requirements:
-Everyone 18 or older must apply
-Combined bring home income minimum: 3x the monthly rent
-Credit score minimum of 600
-No balances to previous Landlords or utility companies
-No evictions
-No active bankruptcies
You can do a self showing using the Rently box on the front door any day of the week between the hours of 7am and 8pm. Call the number on the sign in the in window and get instructions on how to enter the property. Go to Rently.com to register for an account to receive a code to enter the property.

Application fee is $75 per person. Anyone 18 or older that will be residing in the home must apply. Credit, criminal and eviction history is checked.
