To view this home, you can bring a photo ID and a $60 cash key deposit to 804 West Evans Street, Florence, to pick up a key Monday-Thursday, 9am-2:00pm, or Friday, 9am-10:30am or other times by appointment. The key must be returned within two hours.

Rental Applications can be submitted on our website. The application fee is $60 per applicant. Application requirements are detailed in the Rental Application link on our website. A soft credit check is conducted to review credit history, background and prior residences, which does not affect your credit score. No minimum credit score required. Gross monthly income must be at least three times the amount of the rent. If there is one eviction filing, that could be permissible if that landlord provides an otherwise positive landlord reference and the applicant does not have an outstanding balance with that landlord.

Pets are permitted, but size, quantity and breed restrictions apply, and all pets must be approved. A PetScreening.com profile must be created before an approved applicant signs a lease, even if you do not have a pet so that tenants are aware of our pet policy. For an approved pet, a $350 pet deposit is required, and a monthly pet fee is assessed. The fee varies between $10-$75 per pet per month depending on the age, size and breed of the pet. Renter's insurance is required if tenants have a pet.
