Tenant is responsible for paying the electricity bill, the water bill, garbage pickup, and WiFi, as well as basic maintenance such as yard upkeep, keeping the house clean, and changing the air filter. Since the owners will be keeping the electric bill, water bill, and wifi in their name, the tenant will receive a monthly utility bill directly from the owner.
