TOURS:
Tours are available by appointment Monday - Friday from 10:30 am-5:30 pm as well as Saturdays from 10:30-2:30 pm. The apartment is currently occupied, we will need to schedule at least 24 hours in advance before showing the apartment.

DEPOSIT:
A Security deposit that is equal to 1 month's rent is needed to hold the apartment.

PET POLICY:
Allows for 2 cats maximum; strict NO DOGS; 1-time nonrefundable fee of $250 per pet. (NO pet rent!)

APPLICATION PROCESS:
Credit and Background: 700 or above credit score. Applicants with a lower credit score due to lack of history may be reviewed with proof of income and a higher deposit. No criminal background. For couples or roommates, both applicants must pass the credit and background check.
