This is the second and third floor of a duplex. The back yard is good size and the first floor is a totally separate apartment with no shared spaces. There are 2 separate bedrooms with one full bath, plus a separate living room, dining room, and kitchen. It features hardwood floors throughout. There are double pane windows, central AC, and a linen & coat closet. The kitchen has granite counters, a high btu gas stove, built-in microwave, disposal, and dishwasher. There is a private deck in the back. There is relatively easy on street parking and an off street lot, and private laundry and storage in the basement. Landlord pays water, sewage, and trash. Tenant pays gas & electric.
This location is within blocks of Bakery Square, Whole Foods, Frick Park, and East End Food Co-Op. All of the units have private laundry and storage in the basement. All our properties are pet friendly for friendly pets with a two-animal maximum. There are no breed or weight restrictions. We require proof of rabies vaccinations (and licenses for dogs), but we do not charge additional rent or fees for animals.
