I plan to be back starting March 1, 2022. However, I could be gone longer. I'd be able to let you know 30 days in advance if I am planning to return on time. I'm relocating my elderly father to another area within Oregon. I want to stay in that area through the winter to ensure it is a good fit for him. Once I'm back we can either share the space (50% rent) until you find a new rental or you can end your lease as agreed upon. This will require doing the roommate add on paperwork required by the property management company + a separate contract with me. There is probably a cost for their paperwork. I'm not sure what it is but I can find out. No cats as I have a cat that would be returning with me. She will not tolerate another cat. However, she like dogs.
