I live in the master bedroom and own the house. I'm a farrier and have a small homestead on the 39 acres. So I'm always busy with some kind of project outside if I'm not working. The young women who's finishing her masters for civil engineering in December is on the other side. You two would share a bathroom but were both pretty quite and busy with work/school. We prefer to keep the house clean and simple so no huge parties and pick up after yourself. Its 750 deposit with the first months rent bills are due at the first. We split the bills electricity averages like 250 in this heat right now, 55 for wifi, 50 for trash, 50 each for water theres also a water softener here and I have been purchasing shared items like trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap and splitting it at the beginning of the month.
