This home sits in a unique location. It is located on a very low-activity but fully operational car lot, but our guests will be the only ones with access to the house. This home is located in Liberty Township and is close to shopping and restaurants. You are about a 20 minute drive from Kings Island, 35 minutes from downtown Cincinnati, and 45 minutes from Dayton. If you're looking for an inexpensive but nice option for housing, this is the spot for you!

There is also a laundry room located on the first floor. We supply soap and laundry supplies that you can use as well.

The bedrooms and bathrooms are located upstairs. Each bedroom is fully carpeted and equipped with a Roku TV. The master bedroom features an ensuite bathroom with a long vanity countertop and a walk-in closet for storage.

The other two bathrooms feature queen beds and plenty of storage for unpacking if you wish. There is a full-size bathroom in the hallway that these two bedrooms will share.

The home is exclusively yours without interruption during your stay, but the car lot uses the garage and basement spaces to conduct business, therefore, business activity may be seen and heard in these locations. However, entrance into the home is unavailable from these areas, so your stay will be private.
