Upstairs you'll find a large master bedroom (featuring a queen bed, a substantial workspace desk, a 32" TV, and large walk-in closet) with a large open air private balcony, a second bedroom (featuring a queen bed, a desk, and a walk-in closet), and an all-brand-new gut-renovated full bathroom with large vanity, dual-flush high-efficiency toilet, and low-threshold tub. There's also a laundry room and utility closet off the back of the bathroom, a drop-down ironing board in the hallway, and a fully stocked linen closet too. Outside there's a lovely front porch, an expansive side deck with a charcoal grill, a fire pit in the backyard, and a path leading back from the house down to the Rondout Creek right behind the property. If we've left anything out, it's only because there's just too much for us to describe in a simple write-up. Hopefully the photos paint a fuller picture, but please feel free to ask any questions.
Our waterfront property is nestled into a quaint country neighborhood giving both the feeling of being immersed in nature while also being connected to the surrounding community of Rosendale. Basically, you're gonna love it!
