There's also a laundry room and utility closet off the back of the bathroom, a drop-down ironing board in the hallway, and a fully stocked linen closet too. Outside there's a lovely front porch, an expansive side deck with a charcoal grill, a fire pit in the backyard, a path leading back from the house down to the Rondout Creek right behind the property, off-street parking for 3-4 cars, and busing to Kingston School District. Our waterfront property is nestled into a quaint country neighborhood giving both the feeling of being immersed in nature while also being connected to the surrounding community of Rosendale, and just 10 minutes from Kingston. Basically, you're gonna love it!

PLEASE NOTE: This house is FULLY furnished, and there is not room for you to move in any significant furniture. Storage space is limited and cannot accommodate any large/bulk items. It is perfect for people looking for a comfortable home while not needing their own furnishings. All you need is your suitcase and a bag of groceries, and you're set!
