Beautiful studio apartment on the first floor of this 4-family home. The location doesn't get better than this with local shops, bars and restaurants galore all in walking distance. One of the best areas in town to enjoy our wonderful city. Shared off street parking, if each unit has a car then the 3 spots are awarded to the tenants who have been there the longest. The heat bill is paid for by the owner but will need to get RG &E for remaining utilities. Owner looks for 3 times the monthly rent in income and 625 + credit score.
