Beautiful home available for yearly rental starting June 2025. Can be furnished, or unfurnished based upon your needs. This charming historic house is located 2 blocks from Thayer Gate at the United States Military Academy at West Point, and a half block from Main Street shops and restaurants. Currently, the house is fully furnished with stocked kitchen cookware, dishware, and small appliances, but we are flexible on your requirements for your own household goods and are willing to store ours.

Tenant pays electric, water/sewer, and Spectrum hi-speed internet. Tenant responsible for lawn maintenance. Tenant to obtain Renter's Insurance to cover personal items during tenancy. Optional 24/7 Vivint security system live monitoring (connected to local police and fire department) available for $55/month.
House includes key-less entry with doorbell camera, and weekly trash collection.
