This property is primarily a vacation rental, and availability is subject to change as vacation rental bookings are made. The listing is updated weekly to reflect current availability. Vacation rental homes only accept monthly bookings from September to May; summer and peak season dates are excluded from monthly rentals.

STAY REQUIREMENTS:
The advertised rate applies only for stays within the specified date range and is subject to a minimum stay requirement of 60 days. For stays under 60 days or during peak season, the nightly market rate will apply. Monthly leases that meet or exceed 91 days are tax-exempt.

FEES:
The advertised monthly rent does not include the refundable security deposit (can be up to double based on application processing), applicable taxes, cleaning fees, linens, travel or renters' insurance, the $25 monthly processing fee or other optional fees. Monthly or periodic cleanings may be arranged through Bryant Real Estate at the tenant's expense. Homes that allow pets require a non-refundable $400 pet fee per pet. Cats are not permitted.

RATES & PAYMENTS:
Payments due at move-in versus monthly rental payments will be decided by the agent and will be based on the duration and total cost of the lease. A detailed breakdown of payment amounts, and due dates will be provided when the lease is drafted for signature. In the event of a discrepancy or conflict between the monthly rate stated here and the rate on an online travel site or third-party booking agent, the greater rate will apply.

QUALIFICATIONS:
All applicants and occupants aged 18 or older must complete an application for the group to be processed. Lease holder(s) must qualify independently without a co-signer in order to be approved. No Students.

Situated overlooking the tranquil waters of Little Lollipop Bay, this fun little upstairs duplex will have you wanting to stay forever. No longer just a mythical creature, "Pegasus" is here waiting to welcome you into a very special world combining a convenient location with a gorgeous view. Doesn't that sound better than a horse with wings?

Bring the family and enjoy the upstairs portion of this island classic. You'll take the outdoor stairwell up one flight to your private deck overlooking the water. Wave to the boaters, or use the dock to slip your own canoe or kayak in for a peaceful afternoon. Unfortunately, boats are not allowed as the space is leased but you can fish, swim, or launch a paddleboard if you like. There is an enclosed outside shower downstairs that guests may also use to rinse off the sand.

Inside you'll find an updated kitchen and three bedrooms, each situated with their own full bathroom. Everything is on this one level, including the extraordinary view! The primary has a king bed, while the second bedroom has a queen and finally, the third bedroom contains a queen along with a set of twin bunks.

Do not miss your chance to fly high in the center of Wrightsville Beach just steps from the world famous Johnny Mercer's Pier and the less famous Palm Room. Grab a sandwich down at Robert's Market, or try surfing, or charter a fishing excursion. You can do all of that and more, or none of that and less when you visit us at "Pegasus".

Guests can enjoy the soft breezes and stunning views from the shared dock. Although the boat slips are not included with the rental, families will still enjoy taking a dip in the cool waters or heading up to the sun deck to soak up the rays. Children will enjoy playing in the gentle sound waters and their shared private beach for this duplex that emerges at low tide.

Parking: Assigned parking on site for 3 vehicles.
Pet Policy: No pets allowed.
