“It’s a pretty quiet neighborhood in a great location but you can certainly get more bang for you buck at plenty other places in this same area. Expect your rent to go up an unreasonable amount if you plan on staying any longer than 1 lease and management to not work with you whatsoever on that part, they do hold little events for the neighborhood pretty often though which is pretty nice. Maintenance is pretty quick with everything but I have had a few times where it seemed to be a miscommunication and someone entered my home not knowing someone had already came and fixed the issue a day or so beforehand. Parking is usually open in a reasonable distance unless you live on one of the side streets in the neighborhood then it’s terrible but if you’re on the outer circle of the neighborhood like most building are then you’ll be just fine. Overall I’d give it a 3 out of 5 simply because as I said before you can certainly get better value elsewhere but outside of that not too much to complain about.”
