The beautiful community pool, open for swimming in the warm season, is also a great place to congregate with friends. Full access to all amenities (pool, clubhouse, and fitness center) comes with the rental. Spend your winter months taking long walks on the beach, and fishing the estuaries and sound of the lovely North Carolina Beaches. Beautiful 2 bed/2 bath CORNER unit with a bonus room for your office space and a private balcony. A great layout for privacy with the master and guest bedrooms separated by the living room, bonus room, dining room, kitchen, and laundry room. The kitchen has granite countertops, a food pantry, and stainless steel appliances. The flooring is LVP throughout. Topsail Landing has large spacious hallways and elevators in each of its buildings.
