The main level boasts richly-appointed spaces with views from every area of the home. The large living area overlooks the upper-level patio just off of a bright and chic kitchen with stainless steel appliances. A hand-crafted dining room table and island bar seating is perfect for watching the lake activities below. Just off of the upper level dining and living areas are two, mirrored king ensuites with sumptuous bathrooms each showcasing a soaking tub, oversized shower, double vanities, and a walk-in closet for optimal privacy and relaxation.

The breathtaking lake views unfold to the lower level of Hogan Crest, which features a second living area with a kitchenette. The lower level continues with two additional king ensuites with shower and shower-tub combos and a custom-built bunk room that sleeps eight. Perfect lake views are just beyond the sliding glass doors of the lower level patio and lead to the expansive outdoor space that include a cozy sitting area, an outdoor shower, a sandy area perfect for sandcastles and campfires, and a large yard to fulfill all your outdoor activities!

Maximum overnight occupancy is 16; maximum daytime occupancy is 20. The fireplace(s) in this home are not functional and for aesthetic purposes only. The boat lift at this dock is NOT accessible for renters, boats can be tied to the side of the dock. This property has two active security cameras on premise. One pointed to the driveway and road and a second pointed towards the dock.
