This condo offers new carpet throughout, a nice size kitchen with stainless steel appliances and ample storage, and the washer/dryer is included. Tenants can enjoy the nice size balcony that includes a storage room, as well as access to the community pool, pickleball courts, and a designated parking space. For safety, use of the wood burning fireplace is prohibited. The owner will accept 1 or 2 well behaved, adult cats with a one time $300 non-refundable pet fee per pet. Tenants are responsible for electric, water, and wifi. $1750 Monthly Rent $1750 Security Deposit $65 Application Fee (Credit and Background Screening) per applicant.
