The condition of the building is poor, compared to the other building on site. The stairwells are filthy, hallway carpets and walls are in need of repair, hallway needs better lighting

Monthly pet rent is $25 which must be paid with full rent payment using the resident online portal or eMoney order. These requirements do not apply to service/assistive animals.
