Lease Terms

One year lease agreement at a time.
$1600 a month rent.
$1600 security deposit.
$600 move in fee which is non refundable.
$75 Application Fee per adult.
The security deposit can be split into two payments over the first two months.
No smoking or vaping in the building or garage, outside only.
No pets.
We do a credit check, watchlist check, criminal background check, and rent history check.
Grass mowing, snow removal, and gutter cleaning is included in the maintenance fee.
Storm water fee and the maintenance fee is paid by the landlord.
Tenant pays their own water, electric, sewer, trash, gas, and internet.
First we do pre-screening through email. Then we do a viewing where we will supply an application in person.
