Property DescriptionStep inside to a two story foyer and oak staircase that open onto a bright, vaulted main level. The kitchen is the heart of the home with a center island, dark granite counters, a full stainless steel appliance package, and warm oak cabinetry, and it opens right into the dining area and a family room anchored by a fireplace and a wall of windows. There is a separate formal dining room, plus main floor laundry with a utility sink so laundry day never means hauling baskets up and down stairs.
Five bedrooms and three full bathrooms give everyone space of their own. The primary suite has a private bath with a soaking tub, a separate glass shower, and a double vanity. Roughly 3,500 square feet across all levels leaves plenty of room for a home office, a playroom, and guests. Basement was recently finished with a family room and a bar.
Outside, a full width deck steps down to a fully fenced backyard on a 0.26 acre lot with a park view behind it, ready for grilling, dogs, and long summer evenings. The attached three stall garage holds two vehicles plus the mower, bikes, and totes, and central air keeps the whole place comfortable all summer.
Low electric bills and lots of room to spread out. This 2004-built two story in Ramsey has solar panels on the roof, so residents here typically pay little to no electric bill month after month.
