Love the setup and layout, but the walls are thin I can hear my neighbors conversation, guest parking is very limited, they are residential cars in the guest parking, have to run the water a few minutes to get hot water, kitchen cabinet had gaps was afraid to put anything heavy in them

I thought the walls would have been a little more proof, the new people who moved next to me and their bedroom is on the other side of my bedroom and at 4:30am to 5am they I can clearly hear them talking and banging around in the bathroom. my kitchen cabinets above the microwave and stove are not screwed to the wall, I can see a space between the wall and the cabinets. I am trying not to but anything heavy in the cabinet don't want them to fall. as for the hot water, I have to run the water in the sinks for at least 2 minutes before it would even start getting hot, which to me that is a waste of water since i have to pay water. I guess for the amount of the rent, I thought it was of built better and more sound proof. I do love the setup of the apt but just not happy having to get up and sleep on my couch because neighbors talking very loud.
