The duplex unit features new appliances, hardwood flooring, a deck and backyard, central air conditioning, and in-unit laundry. Garage parking is available for one standard-sized vehicle. Any additional parking will be in the driveway or street. The neighbors are considerate, courteous, and respectful. We are looking for a tenants who are clean, cooperative, and respectful.

The landlord is responsible for portions of snow and landscaping. The tenant pays all utilities: trash, water, gas, and electricity.

Credit, criminal, and eviction histories will be reviewed. No prior evictions, judgments, or past felony convictions will be accepted.

Smoking is not allowed on the property.
Dogs are not allowed.
Two cats are allowed.
Initial pet fee of $175 per cat and a $25 monthly pet fee per cat.

Every adult (18 years and older) must complete a background check and pay a non-refundable $55.00 application fee.

Credit must be established with a minimum score of 580.
Employment and previous landlord references are required.
The tenant must have never been late with rent and have good recommendations from former landlords.

The security deposit is one month's rent ($1,499.)
There is a one-time cleaning fee of $200, which is refundable.

We're looking for a minimum income of $4,497 per month or a debt-to-income ratio of 50%. All income will be verified.

We will not request any money until you have decided to apply for the home after your tour. A photo ID will be required to tour the property.
