Lakeview Apartments

The only positive part of our time at Lakeview was the maintenance and cleaning staff, who at the time of our stay were always kind, helpful, and did their best. Otherwise, this is not a place that cares about you, but only about the money they can make. Expect regular visits from the police to the property, unsupervised children destroying the property itself, and gang related activities. At one time or another one of the appliances in the apartment would not work. We had severe mold right after move in. Constant littering inside the buildings. People smoking MJ in the hallways and setting off fire alarms at least monthly. The walls are thing so you can hear everything happening above you, below you, next to you, and outside.

Paper thin walls. Loud neighbors. Roaches. And often no working hot water. Could definitely use security camera around here too.
