    The location is optimal, close to the town and stores. Maintance was awful, took forever to take care of emergencies and barely fixed items when asked. Management was alright, friendly but had no control. Parking was awful, oftentimes the lot was filled and our parking spots we paid for were taken and there was no authority. The pool was always closed due to circumstances which is totally understandable. Packages were often stolen and there was nothing management could do. The halls to the apartments were often disgusting and never clean.
