Newly renovated semi-detached fully furnished, Smart House, that consists of two bedrooms, one full bath and two half baths, that is located in a quant and quiet neighborhood in West Baltimore, MD. The Short-term rental will be disinfected with a gun fogger, and thoroughly cleaned prior to a new tenant staying at the house. The house also comes equipped with two complimentary Covid-19 testing kits. Bi-weekly house cleaning is offered at an extra charge upon request.
I advise/require renters insurance to protect you and your personal belongings in the event of liability, theft or damage. There is a front porch and a backyard that is enclosed with a privacy fence. There is also bright lighting and security cameras in the front and rear of the property. The front porch has all season wicker furniture with a new firepit. The front door is controlled by keyless entry. There is a powder room on the first floor that is charmingly decorated with ceramic tile and a vanity with a mirror; which leads to the living room, dining room and kitchen. You can also exit the door in the kitchen to get to the backyard; which features a gas grill and stools and a table.
The first and second floor consists of fresh paint, new furniture, new appliances, new Smart TV's, new hardwood floors, and new carpet. Most importantly the house is energy efficient. The heating and air conditioning system, the living/dining room lights, and the second floor hallway light are controlled by Alexa. The house is also equipped with high speed Internet and WIFI from Xfinity. The Crawford Property is spacious enough for two tenants to rent, with the consensus to share the full-bathroom and all common areas in the house ($1200.00 per room). The entire house can also be rented for $2100, with the option to add an additional occupant for $250.00 a month.
The living room features a loveseat, sofa, ottoman, 50" Smart TV, book case, two side tables, a coat rack, and a entryway table. The dining room features a dining room table and four chairs, and a corner shelf with other accessories. The kitchen was newly renovated and it features a a 32" Roku TV, double-door refrigerator with ice-maker, gas stove-top and convection oven, microwave, garbage disposal, waffle maker, coffee maker and keurig, toaster, smoothie blender, cabinets and granite counter space, and plenty of cookware, kitchen utensils, glassware, wine opener, wine rack, plates and bowls. There's also an under the counter pull out trashcan. There is also an island with a granite counter top. All necessary cleaning supplies are available, including the broom, mop, dustpan, and vacuum etc. The basement has not been upgraded. It consists of a half bathroom, a washer and dryer, which is located in the laundry room.
Each bedroom is equipped with the following: a keyless doorknob, wall-to-wall carpeting. Queen size bed, 42" Smart TV, bedroom ceiling fan and lighting, a closet, a mirror, waste basket, a desk and chair, extra lighting with floor shelves and a charging station. The full bath is centrally located and tastefully decorated with ceramic tile and a vanity with mirror. There is also a linen and cleaning supply closet located in the hallway between both bedrooms; it also has an iron and ironing board as well. There is a third bedroom which I will occupy three to four times out of the month (tenant will be notified ahead of time of the day). Shoes aren't allowed on the second floor.
