It's a two story apartment with open floor plan, full kitchen with appliances, half bath, living room, dining area on first level, and lower level has large master with built in bench seating, walk in closet, large master bath with tub/shower combo, double sink and anti-fog mirror, also washer/dryer in unit. Comes furnished - kitchen basics, dining for 4, full sleeper sofa, and queen bed. 6, 9 and 12 month lease offered. No pets allowed. No smoking or vaping allowed in or on property. Street parking offered. Perfect for single traveling professionals and nurses. All the comforts of home, quiet, peaceful space. The apartment is located on owners property with own private entrance and access to large backyard.
Rent includes all utilities (electric, water, trash) and internet on property. If stronger internet is desired, renter would need to purchase at renters expense, but currently pretty fast and strong. No cable in apartment, but cable box can be purchased at additional cost. Parking is on the street and easily accessible to apartment (short walk down driveway). Mailing address is same as main house (same mailbox) and easily accessible or renter can get a PO Box at renter's expense.
No smoking or vaping in or on property due to shared yard space and apartment is attached to home and owner has sensitivities to smoke/vaping.
