Crown Pointe Apartments

I can’t say enough about the management team for this property. They are wonderful to work with. I can’t rave enough about the maintenance team! They are very quick to respond if I put a ticket in to have something addressed. They keep the grounds looking very nice and do the best they can to stay on top of picking up after other resident’s dogs. Some people do not pick up after their pets. The different stations are always full of bags, so I don’t understand why it’s such a problem. Tate has a great relationship with the pets and my dog just loves him. He always goes out of his way to give her attention along with a few other dogs that I am aware of. My biggest complaint is around not being able to move to another unit on the property when something comes open. I am on the third floor right off of prairie and between the garbage dumpsters smelling at times, the noise of the traffic and the multiple trains at all times of the day and night, I can’t have my windows open. Especially during the day because I work from home, and I can’t hear when on a conference call if they are open. I want to move towards the back of the complex. I really want to move into a villa that happens to be opening in a couple of days but because my lease is in place until the end of January, I am not allowed to move. That will likely drive my decision to move to a different company when my lease does end.
