You've found the best place to stay for your next assignment! This spacious, second-floor condo sits in a resort-style community in North Kihei and is the largest unit in the complex. It's designed with high ceilings in the main living area, making the space open and bright. The layout includes three defined bedrooms and an upper loft set up as a semi-private sleeping and lounge area, complete with its own queen bed, TV, seating, storage, ceiling fan, and A/C. Altogether, the sleeping arrangements include three bedrooms plus the loft (two with queen beds, with one room having a desk and a twin bed); making it ideal for traveling professionals, small families, or couples with guests coming through.
The condo is furnished in a beachy, calming style, with blues and neutrals to keep the place relaxed and airy. The kitchen has electric appliances, including a toaster, blender, new dishwasher and BBQ tools for the grill near the large shared pool. The pool area also includes a gym, jacuzzi, picnic tables, and playground equipment. There are two full bathrooms; one with a tub/shower combo and the other with a walk-in shower. The condo has four air-conditioning units (two recently purchased), plus ceiling fans to keep the air moving. One of the bedrooms has a desk area, and can be used as an office if needed; making remote work easy.
This unit has two lanais: one in front that's spacious and equipped with a shoe rack, along with another one in the back with a peek-a-boo ocean view; close enough to hear the waves when its quiet. Outside, the building is surrounded by tropical plants that help keep the place shaded and private. The unit has two reserved parking spots and extra street parking. The complex also has security cameras, picnic tables, and a pool area that feels more like a little resort than a condo community.
