Available after march 28th. I just got to the island and this is why the place hasn't been rented yet. Making appointments now.
1200 square feet 3/2 home on a cul-de-sac in Ilima Gardens. Long-term rental.
4 minutes from Kealia beach. Pretty good size master bedroom with a walk-in closet.
The entire house has a tile floor. Vaulted ceiling. 32 year old/ bathroom and kitchen have not been remodeled btw.
Two car enclosed garage.
Kitchen has electric stove / oven. Refrigerator. Lots of cabinets and counter space. I will look into the condition of the dishwasher.
Washer and dryer hooked up in garage but aren't guaranteed with this rental. Dryer is less than 9 years old and works well.
Washer is 20 years old and works ok.
Electricity, water, cable, internet is responsibility of tenant.
Considering a small dog or cat. But prefer no pets.
No smoking!
Please be honest about your smoking or pets. I will find out and you will be evicted.

Tenants will be responsible for the yard or I can have someone come out once a month for a small fee.
First months rent and deposit equal to first months rent due upon move in. Also a small deposit will be required to hold the house. I do this now because I had someone flake out at the last minute one time. I will write something up so everyone's comfortable. I am an honest and fair landlord and I don't raise the rent every year.
Sometimes I require a credit check or a FICO score. Work references and possibly a referral and chat with previous landlords. Bank statements can be helpful in my decision-making too. I recommend blacking out your account numbers first.
