“I moved in and was told an amount to which my rent would be after the first month it changed they charge you for service that you are already paying for like the lights, the pool water and maintenance, the garbage which you are already paying to have it valet. So all the charges that the owner or owners should be paying for they bill you along with what you are already paying for as the things I have mentioned. I really don't think that's fair.
