Renters love it here
Work Orders Are 5 months past due. No AC all summer. Notices aren’t given.
I have a downstairs apartment two bedroom.I love it. It’s quiet out here. Everyone stays to themselves as far as maintenance goes,There’s only two problems that I’ve had with my apartment. That’s one with my air conditioner freezing over which has leaking / mold easy fix just do alittle research and my ceiling fan stopped working maintenance has been out here they’ve gave their opinions on it, and even though the problem still isn’t fixed, they still do weekly check ups just to make sure that I am comfortable, which is a great feeling of having somebody care about where you live management. It’s just a personal problem that probably has nothing to do with this survey at all however, some misinformation, that I wished I would have gotten clarity beforehand.Other than that great growing location 15 min from Augusta .
