Because the complex in the front is clean and looking up to part but soon as you get pass the office and up the hill it’s just looks a mess and I think the hole complex should look all the same and far as the cleanness it wasn’t and in my building my air system was a mess and I was being over charged for power bill when this was already in issue so I was unsatisfied overall
