Would not replace the tub that had a hole in it only patched it up which still leaked down stairs that apartment needs to be gutted and remolded I’m sure mold is the the walls from leaking of water from the tub up stairs

I love it but my parking spot , has a really horrible smell by it , I think it’s coming from the garbage ventilation. But the staff are really awesome! I love living here and it’s super clean and nice!
