We're seeking a roommate who is friendly, responsible, tidy, considerate of shared spaces, and communicates openly and respectfully. Someone who enjoys occasional interactions and gatherings, but also values personal downtime. It's important to us that our new roommate is responsible with rent, and willing to contribute to maintaining the cleanliness and positive atmosphere of our home. We're a family who value a harmonious living environment where everyone feels respected and at ease.

Lease terms:

$800 monthly due on the 1st of the month.

Lease duration is negotiable from 3, 6 or 12-months or we could start out with a month-to-month basis. Let's discuss it!

Refundable Security Deposit of $800 due upon execution of lease. The Landlord will return the Security Deposit at the end of this tenancy, less such deductions as provided in this Lease, but no deduction will be made for damage due to reasonable wear and tear nor for any deduction prohibited by the Act.

No smoking inside the premise to include e-cigarettes. Please clean up cigarette butts and place in the garage trash can (I have a child with asthma). Throwing cigarette butts on the ground will not be tolerated!!
