Home includes a large front deck, fenced garden beds, shaded parking, small storage shed (about 5'x4') and many majestic oak trees. No garage or covered parking.

Refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave included with no guarantee for maintenance or operation; will be determined on a case by case basis. Washer and dryer hookups inside off of the kitchen, electric or gas (propane).

DSL or Peak for internet, Charter/Spectrum high speed internet is NOT available in this area of AG. Dish Network or Direct TV for cable options. Recommended having AT&T landline for times when cell coverage can be spotty.

Rent is $2,700 per month. Tenant pays all utilities (except water/septic); security deposit = $4,100; $10 non-refundable application fee for every occupant over 18 years of age and once application is approved there is a $32 fee for a credit/background check.

Applications that includes Section 8 Vouchers as a form of income are always considered but we cannot guarantee the timely processing completed by the Housing Authority of SLO that is required to approve a unit for their program.
