Welcome to the Kodiak House in the heart of Lake Arrowhead, just a 1.5 miles away from the Village, Resort, Beach Club, restaurants, and shops. e! This property consists of a main house and 2 guest suites with separate entrances.

The main house has large living and family rooms, dining room, a movie theatre, fully-equipped chef's kitchen, inside laundry room, fireplaces and an outside deck with beautiful views of the hillside.

The Main House:

- Master Bedroom w private bathroom - California King Bed, Jacuzzi tub, separate shower, TV, Fireplace, and walk-in closet
- Bedroom 2 - Full/twin bunk bed.
- Bathroom 2 - clawfoot shower/tub
Up to 8 guests can comfortably enjoy the main house many amenities, will rent separately at $375 per night, 3 nights minimum

Two gust suite:
The Aspen Guest Suite: will rent separately at $125 per night, 3 nights minimum
Separate entrance, large bedroom & bathroom w fireplace, AC and beautiful views

The Manzanita Guest Suite: Will rent separately at $125/per night . Minimum 3 nights .Separate entrance, large bedroom & bathroom, Central heater and AC and beautiful views

If you would like access to the trail along Lake Arrowhead, please send me your name and email address and the dates you would like access. Guests must check into the Arrowhead Lake Association with photo ID and $10 payment to access the trail during their stay.
