Located in the Green Valley Lake neighborhood of Green Valley (Fairfield), close to Costco, and easy access to I-80, I-680 and Hwy 13. Green Valley is popular because of its well-established lush green canopy trees, evergreen landscape, and accessibility to all freeways leading to SF, Sacramento and the Napa and Sonoma Valley as well as it's commuting proximity to the rest of the Bay Area. It is also a sought-after public school district for young families because of Nelda Mundy Elementary School and Green Valley Middle School as being known as California Distinguished Schools.

As of September 2026, a new HVAC system was installed (controlled by a Nest Learning Thermostat)- A brand new electric Washer and Dryer and Refrigerator is scheduled for delivery before the end of September. All kitchen, bath, entry and bedroom door hardware have been updated. The interior of the house has just been freshly painted and water-resistant vinyl-wood composite plank floors were just installed (from the stairs to all the bedrooms) and have additional cork underlay material to dampen sound for when someone is downstairs. The downstairs flooring is engineered wood and ceramic tile. The backyard is newly hardscaped with river rocks and a water feature for easy maintenance. Backyard patio has solar lighting throughout- some functioning for motion detection & security, and the rest as decorative LED color changing patio accessories.

For community amenities, the Green Valley Lakes Club House, Swimming Pool, Hot Tub and Toddler Wading Pool is a few steps away from the house. There is also a boat loading dock for those who want to row a boat or a recreational catch and release fishing with the family. The children's park and tennis/pickle ball courts are a short 5-10-minute walk. A key fob transponder to the pool/hot tub area and parks will be included with the rent as part of the residential amenities.

The front yard landscaping is maintained by the HOA and the property owners will continue to pay the HOA dues. If you are familiar with Green Valley, you would know a single-family residential rental property is hard to come by!
