Only 4 female occupants will live at the house (there are 4 rooms and 2 bathrooms), thus, the room is available for a FEMALE housemate only, SINGLE OCCUPANCY ONLY, no pets, no couples or children.

The house is located in a relatively quiet family neighborhood, near many shops, library, public transportation, eateries and green areas. The house is equipped with Washer and Dryer, Electric Kitchen Stove, 2 Large Fridges, Microwave, dedicated kitchen storage space and living room for each resident of the house, etc. This is a house, not a condominium/apartment. Street parking and within the property parking is available to the tenants. Our home is conveniently located between Los Angeles and in route to Orange County! ~Ten (10) minutes to Downtown Los Angeles / ~Twenty (20) minutes to Orange County. Very accessible to Freeways 5, 710 and 60. Near East LA College, Cal-State LA, USC.

Details of the Contract: Month to month contract (you can leave after giving 1 month notice in advance).1st Month Rent + 1 Month Deposit needed to Move-In. Price for the utilities (High-Speed Cable Internet, Water, Electricity and Gas) is extra and will be divided among the 4 tenants living in the home.

We are looking for someone who is: clean, organized, quiet, employed/student who is not at home all day/with a 8AM-5PM type of job. Considerate and respectful towards their other roommates is a must, as well as someone who agrees to abide by the house rules of no parties, no smoking (vaping, cigarettes, marihuana, etc) no drugs or no alcohol.
