Guests can follow the path around the side of the house to access this space, which includes another TV and the 2nd full-sized bathroom. The laundry machines are conveniently located here as well.

Absolutely no smoking on premises. If cigarettes are found on the property or cleaners detect smoke in the home there will be an automatic $350 charge.
