Three bedroom home conveniently located with easy freeway access and close to shopping, dining and entertainment. This home has 2 car garage, fenced backyard, hardwood floors, stainless steel appliances and master suite with 5 piece bath and walk-in closet. We are not allowing any pets/animals unless required by law. If a tenant or an occupant has an ESA or Service animal, we require a letter, not more than 5 years old, from your local doctor saying the animal is required. We require prospective tenants to complete an application at the cost of $48.95 per person 18 and older that would be living there. First month rent, security deposit and a $225.00 administration fee are due at the time of move in, the deposit is equal to the rent*. We prorate the second month's rent if you should take possession after the first of the month. GENERAL CRITERIA FOR ACCEPTANCE AS TENANT(S): 1. Rental History: Your current and/or prior landlords will be contacted to check your payment history, balance owing, care of property and any contract violations. 2. Income: It is required that prospective tenants earn at lease three times the amount of monthly rent. (For applicants through Section 8 and similar housing they must earn 2 times the rent). This can be combined income between two adults and is income before any deductions. We will require your most recent pay statement and/or other written verification of income with your application 3. Public Records: We will evaluate court records for charges, convictions, warrants, judgments, and evictions. 4. Credit History: We will look at your credit balance, collections, and overall history of paying debt. If a co-signer is needed/wanted they will also need to complete an application, provide documentation of making a minimum of four times the amount of rent plus own a home in Snohomish County and pre-approved surrounding areas.
